The Campbell-Hallam Team Leader Profile (TLP) quantifies the perceptions of the team leader and selected observers such as team members, peers, and managers – providing feedback that can quickly be used to impact team leader effectiveness. Specifically, the TLP can help: Provide feedback to help leaders understand how their strengths and weaknesses affect their leadership role in a particular group, create a development plan for continuous growth, Improve workgroup effectiveness, and develop team managers who may not have a formal leadership development program.
