The Campbell-Hallam Team Leader Profile (TLP) quantifies the perceptions of the team leader and selected observers such as team members, peers, and managers – providing feedback that can quickly be used to impact team leader effectiveness. Specifically, the TLP can help: Provide feedback to help leaders understand how their strengths and weaknesses affect their leadership role in a particular group, create a development plan for continuous growth, Improve workgroup effectiveness, and develop team managers who may not have a formal leadership development program.

The EQ 360 is also known as a Multi-rater assessment. The Multi-Rater or 360 degree assessment combines your own perceptions of your EQ with the perceptions of others who know you well who are 360 degrees around you.

Once you have decided to take the EQ 360, you are sent instructions on how to select and categorize your raters as well as instructions to take the EQ-i 2.0. Once your raters have completed their ratings, we then create the report and contact you to review your results.

The Discovery Leadership Profile for Educators™ (DLP for Educators) is an online leadership survey that provides leaders in the education sector with feedback on how their specific leadership practices are perceived by others. This 360-degree assessment is the result of years of experience and research with educators. In addition, the DLP for Educators includes the Maximizing Results participant workbook and Plus assessment, a 12-week goal-setting piece to aid the participant in implementing lasting change based on his/her feedback.

The CDP-360 enables you to compare your own perceptions about how you behave during conflict with those of your colleagues. It provides a complete “conflict profile” with feedback from bosses, peers, and direct reports. The CDP-360 is particularly helpful for leaders, managers, and high-potential employees for whom conflict can be particularly challenging.

In addition to feedback on 15 scales, both versions of the CDP have a unique “hot buttons” section which identifies the emotional triggers that negatively impact relationships.
